🌙 Shipping & Order Questions

📦 When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with real-time tracking updates.

🚚 How long is shipping?

  • U.S. Standard Shipping (UPS/USPS Ground): 1–5 business days (most customers receive orders in 2–3 days).

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 1–2 business days.

⚠️ Delays may occur during holidays, inclement weather, or carrier disruptions. While most packages arrive quickly, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

We currently ship to:

  • UK

  • Ireland

  • Australia 

❌ We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled once processing begins.

I entered the wrong address — what do I do?

No worries. Just reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours with the correct address. We’ll update it before shipping if it's still within the processing window.


💔 My Item Arrived Damaged

We package each order with care, but accidents in transit can happen.

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Email support@moonsnectar.com within 3 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the damage

Once confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Costs

  • Defective/incorrect items → We cover return shipping

  • Change of mind → Customer covers return shipping

To request a return, email support@moonsnectar.com. Approved returns will receive a return label.
⚠️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

🚫 We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, beauty/personal care items, or hazardous materials.


🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order after your return is accepted.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If 15+ business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@moonsnectar.com.
