Important Shipping Notes
Some orders may arrive in separate packages.
This allows us to ship products from the closest available location to you, ensuring faster delivery.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order includes different items.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and unopened
- Item must be in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products
- Any item that has been unsealed
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost or Missing Orders:
