You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email support@moonsnectar.com with your order number.
Yes — you can cancel within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@moonsnectar.com with the subject line "CANCEL." Once your order is processed or shipped, it can't be canceled, but you may request a return if eligible.
